Specialized Mobile Exhibits has an immediate opening for an experienced Business Development Coordinator in our Business Development and Sales Department. The opening is in Winston Salem, NC where (SME) operates a Custom Manufacturing and Operations Company for Mobile Marketing Exhibits.

 

Job Summary: The Business Development Coordinator provides support to the Business Development Team in driving business with existing key accounts and new account opportunities. The position will report directly to the SVP of Business Development.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Attends internal sales and marketing meetings
  • Organize, maintain, and update our current business pipeline
  • Organize, schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings/appointments
  • Maintains a list of existing and potential new clients
  • Participates and leads new business inquires and ideation
  • Manages leads and follows up with clients
  • Strategizes on ways to drive new business
  • Works daily with Sales Team
  • Organizes, files and maintains current project documents
  • Helps problem solve and suggest ways to improve projects
  • Carries out daily task in an effective and timely manner
  • Works independently with minimal supervision
  • Facilitates communication between office and field staff
  • Completes all assigned projects
  • Available to respond to projects needs after hours including nights and weekends
  • Keeps a clean working environment

 

Required Qualifications:

 

               Required

  • High School Diploma
  • College Degree
  • Highly computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Self-Starter
  • Detailed oriented
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Confident and Eager to engage with clients

 

Essential Physical Requirements

 

  • Able to sit for lengthy periods of time
  • Turn head, neck and shoulders to both the right and left
  • Required to have phone along with face to face conversations
  • Ability to work beyond a 40-Hour week may be required from time to time

 

Pay Range

  • Based on Skill Set and Experience
  • $40,000-$50,000
